Steven W. Lako, age 44, of Fowlerville, died at home Wednesday, December 23, 2009.

He was born April 17, 1965 in Howell. His parents are Michael and Donna (Wolverton) Lako . He married Mindi J. Hodgins at Trinity United Methodist Church on June 21, 1986.

He loved to farm, enjoyed tractor pulling and NASCAR and he loved working with his hands.

Surviving are his wife Mindi, daughter: Chelsey, parents: Mike and Donna, brother Brent, two sisters: Jennifer (Clark) Olrich and Michelle Pichler, grandmother: Polly Austin and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and special cousins: Lori and Luke.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 30, 2009 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Todd Perroud officiating.
