Webberville celebrates Homecoming with week of activities PDF Print E-mail

Students attending Webberville Community Schools will enjoy a full week of Homecoming activities as float building and wall decorating begins on Monday. Various activities are planned for the weeklong celebration.

  
Friday, October 15th is designated as “Purposefully Pink Day.” Students are to wear pink to help inspire others to fulfill the promise to help end breast cancer.


Students will vote for the king and queen and participate in a Pep Assembly before the end of the school day.


Float judging will begin at 4:30 pm. And, the Parade will begin at 5:30 pm. The parade route begins at the fire hall and travels to the high school.


A Tailgate party will immediately follow the parade inside the football field gates.  School and community groups will sell a variety of food items.  The Football game begins with kick-off at 7 pm.  The King and Queen will be crowned post game.


Saturday, October 16th a Homecoming Dance will be held for students in grades 9 through 12 from 7:30 pm until 11 pm.
